If it still is soft then you will have to replace the master cylinder and bleed all the brake components again.
The booster builds up fine and then i start the car and the pedal goes all the way to the floor.
Check brake pedal stiffness.
If your booster or the vacuum lines connected to the booster have failed you will notice that your brake pedal will sink to the floor or your pedal will go almost all the way to the floor when braking.
